Terms of use of Kotlo (Free plan)
1. Operator
The Kotlo service is operated by Stanislav Rohel, a natural person (the "operator"). Contact: support@kotlo.app.
2. The service
Kotlo records a household's fuel purchases, stock and refills of heat sources, calculates consumption and costs and estimates when to order more fuel. It is available as a web app and an Android app. The Free plan is free of charge. The service is under development and may contain errors during the closed test.
3. Account
- Anyone over 15 may create an account. By registering you confirm that you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
- Give true information and protect your sign-in details; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- The owner of a household decides whom to invite and with which role, and is responsible for the invited person agreeing to the invitation.
4. Your data
The data you enter into Kotlo belongs to you. The operator processes it only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete a household or your account at any time.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use the service unlawfully, disrupt its operation or security, circumvent access restrictions, overload it by automated means or access the data of other households.
6. Availability and liability
- The Free plan is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We try to announce planned outages in advance.
- Calculations, forecasts and alerts are indicative and based on the data you enter. Decisions about ordering fuel are always yours.
- To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage caused by running out of fuel, incorrectly entered data or an outage of the service. Consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract remain unaffected.
7. Changes and termination
- We may change these terms. We inform you by e-mail or in the app at least 30 days in advance; if you disagree, you can close your account.
- You can close your account at any time in your profile.
- If you breach these terms we may restrict or close your account. We announce the end of the service as a whole at least 30 days in advance.
- Paid plans are not part of these terms. If we introduce them they will have their own terms, and the Free plan will not end without prior notice.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. A consumer may also resolve a dispute out of court with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
The Czech version of this document prevails.
